How does my CaseCollage appear on the back of my phone? Is it magic?

> It is not magic. Once you are done creating your collage and have selected "Preview" your finished collage can now be shared or printed and placed on the back of your phone, under your case. CaseCollage provides a pdf template of your creation perfectly sized to fit your 5c case.

How do I print my CaseCollage?

> From the main gallery screen select the CaseCollage you would like to use. Select print at the bottom right of the screen.

You should now be viewing the printable pdf. Select the share icon at the top right of the screen.

You will have the options to directly send this pdf to a printer with the AirPrint icon or to e-mail the pdf to yourself with the Mail icon, then you can print it when & whereever it is convenient (or send it to friends!).

The printed template doesn't align with my case. (4 options)

> Are you sure you printed/emailed yourself the pdf template from within the app? Printing a saved image from the social/share section will not work. The printable template should look like the middle image above and have instructions.

> Please make sure to select "actual size" or "100% scale" when printing. No matter what size paper you use (Letter, Legal, Tabloid, A4), this will maintain the proper proportions for your collage to align properly. DO NOT SELECT "fit to page" this stretches the template to the margins which will cause your collage to misalign with the caseholes.

> When trimming your CaseCollage err on the side of trimming it larger than the photo area. A snug fit will ensure your collage does not slide around and aligns perfectly with the case holes.

> Our templates are designed specifically for the the Apple 5c brand case. There are many secondary versions of this case on the market and while sometimes the templates will fit closely we can only guarantee a perfect match with the Apple case.

Why is Abraham Lincoln in the bottom right corner of my collage?

> Honest Abe is our mascot here at LunarLincoln. He is a part of everything we make. We think he's a pretty cool guy, but if you don't want Mr. Lincoln participating in your CaseCollage, he can be removed by tapping his circle and selecting the in-app purchase.
